Who & When built the Jageshwar Dham Jageshwar Dham is located 35 km away from Almora in the deodar forest & 1860 meter above sea level. It was built between the 7th and 12th centuries. Jageshwar is the 8th Jyotirlinga from all 12 jyotirlingas. Katyuri Kings was the main artist of this historical temple.
